Eligibility for Returns

  • Notify us within 1–3 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund of the amount paid via cash on delivery.
  • Refunds are issued in cash upon redelivery or arranged at your convenience.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, let us know in your initial return request.
  • We’ll send a replacement once the original item is returned and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not reported within the 1–3 day window are not eligible.
